      Alto-Shaam CTP10-20G Description

      Suitable for high-volume use, the Alto-Shaam CTP10-20G Combitherm combi oven has a capacity of 22 full-size hotel pans, which it holds on non-tilt support rails. Because it's constructed of stainless steel, it can withstand repeated use without rusting or denting. To retain heat and ensure safe operation, it features a CoolTouch(tm) triple-panel glass door.

      With the Alto-Shaam CTP10-20G commercial combi oven, operators can prepare products using convection, steam, or both in a single unit. It's also a good option for quick retherming. To ensure stability, it is designed with adjustable legs. The built-in USB port enables users to upload recipes to the unit and adjust it with intuitive PROtouch controls.
