Alto-Shaam CTC20-10G Description

The Alto-Shaam CTC20-10G full-size combi-oven can bake, steam cook, or do a combination of the two. A pan cart that holds (20) 18-inch-by-13-inch or (20) 12-inch-by-20-inch pans rolls into the oven through a door with a triple-pane glass window that provides visibility into the cabinet. The door has built-in lights, opens 130 degrees, and features a handle that lights up to provide visual information from across the room.

Constructed of stainless steel, this unit is durable, stain resistant, and sits on adjustable flanged feet. A fully automatic cleaning feature is included, along with a retractable hand shower with a back-flow preventer. The controller has straightforward icons and push buttons. The Alto-Shaam CTC20-10G roll-in combi-oven has a timer, temperature display, and cooking mode on its control panel.
